For many years, I have made walking sticks for friends and family. When visitors would come and want to go hiking, I would make each person a walking stick that they could keep. They have been very popular over the years.
Recently though, I have had a very close family member diagnosed with a crippling disease. The cane he was using hurt his hands from pressure points and was just plain and ugly. For Christmas a couple of years ago, I made him the cane you see in the pictures. The handle is wider to ease the pressure points on his hand and it is far more attractive. He uses it every single day.
After making these hiking sticks and canes for a while now, I thought I would offer these to anyone else who might be interested in having something unique and hand-made from the desert.
I will make your cane or walking stick personally just for you.
